Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy for Ayukti Fashion Pvt Ltd

Returns:
- You can return products within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items::
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins.

Refund for Canceled Orders:
- If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
Exchange:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos or videos of the product via email for faster resolution.
